Two Bay Stay

ABOUT

WHO WE ARE

Meet the Gelven Family

We are Kara and Derek. Husband and wife team who own Two Bay Stay. We started with one townhouse in the spring of 2016 and since then have organically grown into a company that is all things short term rentals.

When we are not working on renovating a house or getting a property set up for its next guests, we are exploring the area with our three little ones. We love exploring all the small towns in the area and fill our weekends with day trips finding all the breweries, wineries, hikes, restaurants, shopping, and local artists so that we can share them with our guests!

HOW WE OPERATE

Renovation to welcome gift

A property management company with a focus on providing the ultimate vacation rental experience! We pride ourself in having homes that are well stocked, clean, family friendly, and high design.  We provide everything we can think of to make sure that you can start your vacation off right, by packing light. Don't worry about having to run to the grocery store for paper towel or toilet paper, we provide plenty! All of our homes are curated with design in mind so that you can feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. We also are community orientated, putting as many local artists into the properties as we can. From the artwork to the pottery we want to showcase the amazing individuals who call Grand Traverse home.
